My personalised 1:1 nutrition programmes provide you with the guidance and support to create and live the healthy life you want.

All 1:1 consultations begin with a detailed consultation to assess your current symptoms, understand historic conditions and identify imbalances in the body.

  • 60-75-minute initial consultation via Skype or Zoom

  • Bespoke nutrition and lifestyle programme with recipes

  • 2 x 15-minute ‘check-up’ phone calls (after 2 weeks and 6 weeks)

  • 1 x 45-minute follow-up consultation after 4 weeks

  • 1 x updated bespoke nutrition and lifestyle programme with recipes

  • Email support between consultations


Deluxe 12-week support package £490

  • 60-75-minute initial consultation via Skype or Zoom

  • Bespoke nutrition and lifestyle programme with recipes

  • 4 x 15-minute ‘check-up’ phone calls (after 2, 6, 10 and 12 weeks)

  • 2 x 45-minute follow-up consultation (after 4 weeks and 8 weeks)

Super-deluxe 12-week support package £550
